I just bought the smaller version but I’m taking it back after watching a few videos like this thanks. It’s unopened so that will be easier

This works better then this. Just clean the filter often. That's not how use a crevice tool too

At the time of recording it was literally brand new. It's just not that great. I've got two other Ryobi vaccums and both are fantastic, this one just misses the mark

your canister isn't seated properly.. that would explain your lack of suction..

Thanks for taking the time to post. I’ve had the full size pet vac and it has worked well for me. Thought I’d give the handheld a try but glad I found your video.

No problem! Yeah the full size vac's are much better, this vacuum is okay for cleaning up very small areas but honestly I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone!
