I got the 40v system and it's a BEAST

I've had one for a few years. It's fine for my small yard. I would go 40 volt if you needed to do any heavy trimming.

My string keeps getting tangled on itsself

I have one........ Pure junk Go ahead waste your money... With mine both batteries died however Ryobi did replace them only to have the motor seize. Like I said junk

How the hell do you remove the head to replace it?
