I got Dewalt mostly.. but i got a few Ryobi, ridged, kobalt, Heart, even craftsman tools hanging around. I aint picky.. Milwaukee makes some dang good tools i have used them.. but they expensive in my opinion an i cant afford them like some i know. Now some i know bought tools because their job uses that tool.. and they may borrow batteries from time to time or borrow a tool from work over the weekend, an they are familiar with that item.
I have been eying it for quite a while. I finally got it with the 20% any item, yesterday. I like the overall quality of it. For $80, I feel much better about the value when i compare it to other prosumer brands. I think it's worth it for the $80 I paid. The $100, you're better off with Tekton. Their 3/8 kit, isn't worth it. The Quinn set is far more inclusive for $99 and the Tekton Set with the same size range, is $95.
What are y'all on about? These are very honest and hardworking mechanics. They noticed problems and addressed them before any issues could have occurred, and then they hid the price, so the customer wouldn't be scared. Amazing mechanics.
I got a klien and just bought a cheap automotive Lang. I should specify because maybe I'm getting the terms backwards. Where the back probe tips from the same kit (maddox) as well as other probes from other kits don't fit on the needles of my meter leads don't fit. They won't push on and fit sloppy and fall off. I'm at a loss here.
Ryobi is perfect for a diy use them every now and then . But not for everyday use on a job site. Thats when milwalkee stands out . And yes take care of ryobi use it notmally and its just fine. But we have burned up multitudes of ryobi tools but that was very extensive use. Milwakee is better quality and longer lasting but no hating on ryobi , great stuff great price .
So for those who wanna say there made by the same company there just owned by the same company but made in two diffrent factories with diffrent parts. There not the same . Ryobi just just fine but dont tell everyone there the same thing becayse they are not.
Ryobi and Milwaukee are owned and made by the same company. Any battery from 1996 is compatible in the One+ unlike my Makita set, and the Ryobi team has earned many awards.
Lol this is far from the reason. Not to mention it’s probably easier now. Because you get to get your CDL with an automatic transmission truck. It costs more and takes probably around the same amount of time depending how you go about getting yours
