May be I came straight from the hype of his last battle lol but I do felt like it shouldn’t been a 5-0 vote out but that’s me tho it’s the reason these judges are there for a reason 😅. It’s a teachable lesson for me for sure.
I love your reactions, keep making them, I hope you'll soon start reacting to the new beatboxer of the Loopstation Robin, he doesn't have such strong drops, but he has perfectly constructed music tracks, you'll start watching battles with him from the 2021 Loopstation Championship, for example, the BizKit vs Robin battle.
In my opinion So-So‘s rounds were for the most part pretty boring. And the sounds also are somewhat random so you couldn’t really enjoy a build up.. It did take him too long for just mid drops. Rythmind surprised everybody in the first round and made the crowd go crazy in the second round. Thank you for uploading two loop station videos today btw 😬
For sure 😁 had to bring double uploads I can see what you guys mean tho Rythmind was more organized especially I liked his first round theres a lot more to it this was a learning experience for me and I’m sure So - So I guess this is why Rythmind is the vet he is he knew exactly what they wanted also it’s not his first go around so it makes a lot of sense 💯.
@@KDretheGreat Keep in mind the videos are edited too, so it probagbly sounded different irl. So So's sound design is a bit uncontrolled, I think you can hear some compression in some of his rounds. In person it was probably too loud or certain sounds were overpowering. There are some eliminations and rounds from 2021, 2023 that sound amazing on video (since production quality stepped up) but didn't hit as hard irl.
so-so messed up really hard in 2nd round before last drop which is why 5-0, it was not a little just a small mistake, it was a whole switch missing 1 sound in it causing undesired pattern and it went on for about 15 secs playing over and over, even the crowd hype suffered before So-So switch to last drop. This is why Rythmind won 5-0
Rythmind remembered how SO-SO humiliated Beatness his bro from Berywam and decided to murder SOSO in the first round! SOSO was not bad tho and won in my eyes.
I think Rythminds structure and sound cleanness was way better than So-Sos, it's not only judged by creativity and originality. So he won in these categories and in the other probably tied, that's why it was 5:0 for Rythmind.
Whatever you do, before you move on to the next year, do not skip the judges showcases (ESPECIALLY BEARDYMAN'S). They're pretty long but absolutely amazing. Not sure if you did any of the collabs between Harry Mack and Beardyman yet but he is a whole other animal entirely.
Sometimes when we think its close, the 5 0 cases may still happen. Imagine as an individual, you prefer 60% Rythmind and 40% Soso, hence you cast your vote to Rythmind. Now multiply this by 5.
I agree that soso had two really crazy drops, the thing that made me lean towards rhythmind was the structure of his rounds. Soso’s structure was a little over the place especially during the second round, even though he made up for it with his drops
So-So's rounds are messy as hell and not clean at all and sound quality for his design wasn't so great. Poor guy had a rough battle here. I thought you would've picked up on that
