North Korea is more closed than ever, and I think there's been more awareness about the unethical practise of tourism to the country (as well as the risks after Otto Warmbier)...if it were to open, I think that time is long passed.
even thoe was a waste of project for sadness it should have being used for their staff hotel and their own propaganda house such as business building instead
