you are definitely not understanding how much that cpu bottlenecks your graphics card. U have overpowered stuff in every other component except the CPU. With a x570 motherboard you can pretty much upgrade to a R9 5900X if you want for much better performance. But even a R5 5600X/R7 5700X can give very significant bump in performance.
