I am not sure if these tests measure the capability of cpus. Opening folders or restarting or booting laptops depends more on the how fast the storage is. More or less than 1% is used on cpu during these tests.

Ive been experienced two things. Ryzen suitable for gaming, and all streaming, editing and workstation. But it hidden risks It becomes hots if reached up to 5.0ghz and comfortable in cool place. Ryzen is the cheap performance in the world. Intel is very helpful for me, becoz it support ram DDR5, while ryzen still stuck in old standard. But costs is higher than ryzen. i5, i7 is enough for editing or programing, you can make it faster to upgrade 16gb ram up to 32gb ram or add best graphic that is important. Intel have more support than ryzen. But only ryzen have best performance than intel in the first and the end but the problem is system support is not more than intel.
Intel has support for DDR5 and PCIe 5.0, whereas AMD is still stuck on old standards. However, this makes Intel motherboard costs higher, as well as the power usage. Ryzen makes much more energy-efficient processors. Thats make intel still cheapest till now than amd. But amb is best performance in streaming, workstation and gaming that makes system very fast and comfortable..

Hello. I am looking for a laptop within 80k range. My purpose is to run 3D modelling softwares(CATIA, SolidWorks etc.) and Simulation softwares too. I have much more inclination/liking for DELL laptops as I found their service and performance are quite reliable. Could you please suggest me the one to buy for my purpose. but intel cpu was already slow in these identical laptops . intel is expensive, if you get both laptops at same price, amd will be faster and 50% battery life or twice in somecases..
@@sonusnehal9079 every cpu is cool until its pushed to certain limits, intel is using older over matured node again and again, 10++++nm, so once a node is matured it can easily attain higher clocks than a newer node. but bigger nodes are inefficient .but it also dependent on node technology. AMD could also use 7nm again and again and achieve this but they moved to a smaller expensive node for efficiency, smaller node can pack more transistor in unit area . AMD, apple and Nvidia are using smaller tsmc 4nm and 5nm.
Im currently using intel 80W 11800h , rtx 3070 145W laptop, Im living in a tropical high humid weather now its summer. Laptop throttles often .So, I have undervolted. and use laptop stand I have reduced 4.3% GPU clocks, 2.5% all core clock combined clock, 2% for fastest core and 4% for every other core, so now by laptop is much cooler and rarely thermal throttles, some watt silent now. undervolting resulted in 15% increase in cpu performance for short boost and 20% for long cpu rendering.
