@armando8892 it is still working. The quality of the power cable is the same as you can find on those Celeron N Laptopos from Chuwi, Alldocube etc. Nothing to complain on those. I think i did mention it on my unboxing, not sure, but the DC Jack did feel a little flimsy at first. Since then I did plug and unplug it maybe four or five times. So far it works and maybe I get comfortable with the feel of the DC jack or I was over cautios at first. It does not apears to be so fragile as I had the feel on the first time but I am still handle the dc port with care just in case😁

As long you don't buy the barebone version it comes preinstalled with windows 11. Should you want to install Windows 11 by yourself anyway be awre that other have commented already that they have trouble to find the driver for some of the parts like the the WiFi-Card. As I run mine with Linux I can't tell from own experience if or if not it is possible to install Windwos 11. But some other comments make me assume that in general it is possible. Just be aware that you might run into driver problems.

My device behaves in a way I have never seen before. Without an operating system installed, it boots into the bios on its own. After installing Linux with SystemD-boot as the boot manager, I have a choice of booting Linux or rebooting into the bios. Usually F1, F2, F10, F12, Del, or Esc brings one into the bios.

No, I don't have an electricity consumption meter. Not yet.

The USB-C port on my device does not support charging. But you can connect a screen using the usb-c port. For the fan noise, on graphic heavy games you can hear the fan if the mini pc stands close to you. I had it around 50 to 60cm away from me, and I could notice sometimes the fan. But when you add game sounds and other ambient noises to the mix, you're less likely to notice the fan if you're not focussed on it. But that for my device. I run EndeavourOS on mine and it works wonderfully. I did now also manage to get Bluetooth to work. So happy about it.

@ Nice. I would trust Beelink more to not put any trojan, keylogger etc on their Windows installation than GenMachine. But still not far enough to not make a fresh install by myself. But as you said you will run it with linux mint anyway, no need to be worried here. Nice choice. Hope it will match your needs.

It is a low power cpu. You will be able to use the Adobe software. How happy you will be with it is another matter. For professional or even semi-professional video and photo editing, this (and other mini PCs with the same CPU) is nothing. For the hobbyist, smaller video edits. Should work. Which of course begs the question, why use expensive Adobe software if you don't or can't utilise its full potential? Regarding Diablo: Up to Diablo 3 you shouldn't have any problems (except of course if Win11 starts to act up, but that has nothing to do with the Mini PC itself).

@@DcJavier I did choose the amdgpu mesa driver when the setup was asking me what drivers I want to use (I run it on EndeavourOS). It worked out of the box. I can't help you with a link to the driver but I can tell you what linux tells me what the Network and Wifi Card Model is. For Network it is the Realtek rtl8111/8168/8411 And Wifi is the Realtek b852 - and when I did looked on google what the b852 is I got the Realtek 8852BE as result Taking a look at www.catalog.update.microsoft.com Windows should have drivers for those Network Adapters

You can basically install any x86 compatible operating system. Be it Windows, Linux, FreeBSD or even exotic ones like Haiku. Only the driver situation is sometimes better and sometimes worse. So I have with the Arch based EndeavourOS no problems. A live-USB attempt with ChromeOS Flex showed that it did not recognize the WiFi card.

If you compare the benchmarks of the two processors, you will notice that the difference is not that big. The Ryzen 7 5800H achieves higher scores in some multithread benchmarks (Cinebench +19%), but at the same time you also have a TDP of 45 W (compared to 15 W for the 7730u). If you don't care about power consumption, for plain numbers the 5800H might be the better processor. For me I did choose the Ryzen 7 7730u because of its good performance at low TDP.

@@MrFedylaev I can't tell. Because when it comes to the Ryzen 7 7730u, contradictory information can be found on the Internet. For example, cpu-monkey.com says that the GPU has 512 shaders. However, Nanoreview.net writes about 128 shader units. AMD's website is completely silent about this. The 5800H has 512 shader units. The integrated GPU in both is the Radeon RX Vega 8.

@@Wubbalubba77 I am working on it. High End Emulation like PS 3, OG XBox and PS2 will be the topic of the next video. But I can already reveal one thing, I am unable to run a game in the PS 3 emulator. I have watched how-to videos, followed every step and it does not work. I don't know what the problem is. Maybe it's the game files. In order to not have to delay the video to infinity I'm making a cut in the matter of PS 3 and will bring an update video later, should I still get it to run.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. The Mini PC has 16 GB Ram in Dual Channel. The settings of the games are as they are when I reinstalled. You can see changes I made in the video. I intentionally did not try to get the highest fps possible because casual gamers who are more likely to buy these cheap mini PCs just install games and play as is.

He installed an old 2666 Mhz RAM kit and did not even bother to check what's the actual frequency it's running at. As for the low FPS: he was running the games in Linux, basically emulating them with DXVK. 7730U is a rebranded 5825U, it has the good old Vega8 graphics @ 2 GHz. When testing APUs the most important thing is to check how much power is delivered to the chip, and at what frequency it is running...
