@@ronmckee9019 love that lyric. First to set off shit, last to run, Wu all together as one, I call my brother... IV got 2 younger brothers, one 8 years younger, the other 3 year younger than him. I called my middle bro son natural, we lost our father when they were still kids, I turned 21 5vday after his funeral. My wee bro took some offence at me calling him son, like it was deminutive or something. I spoke that lyric and the smile as he overstood it was fekin beautiful, pure love and grace from the Wu trip. Never steered me wrong in 27 year. Helped me through my hell and out the other side like nothing else. If you love the Wu like that, who else is even close to the clans level? Jedi mind tricks are awesome, but different, harder. I'd love to hear Rza, n the Wu do a track with Damien Marley and immortal technique n jedi mind. N maybe roots manuva? Be awesome init?

Awesome interview, some keen articulations there with the numericals. How does it relate to life? When they were talking about Allah, the word sounds similar to Jah or Ra. Allah can make God but God can’t make Allah? From those Greek classics they say Chronos birthed Uranus and he birthed Zeus. As for the Qu’ran, I don’t see how it is better than the Bible? In fact, the first 5 Books of Moses (the Torah) is where the Qu’ran comes from. The Gita and other books are just as good IMO.

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it ru-vid.comUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

All the rest of Anything Wu is great work no doubt but those 5 Albums are just Something Else. I literally remember the very 1st time ever hearing and seeing the Wu on MTV their 1st single Protect Ya Neck and CREAM, I remember thinking Holy Shit Who the F is this and just being Blown Away and having a million questions like how many dudes the F are there? What's all their crazy names? What the heck are they saying lol? It was Amazing. It was like hearing NWA and Ice T for the 1st time all over again. RZA gave one of the best answers to Lex's favorite stump the guest "What is the Meaning of Life" out of the 20 interviews I've watched so far with Quantum Mechanists, Physicists, Biologists, String Theory, and Pyschologists. I'd figure those people would have figured it out and exactly what RZA said which I was waiting for it would be the simple and perfect answer I would give too. "You making a living by what your earn, and a Life by what you return!" That's what its all about, its a cycle, it gives and we give back -round and round.

Thank you both for this one. Instant classic! The genuine curiosity, and mutual respect between these two men, bring a depth and weight to a seemingly loose, and open talk. This conversation was like a meditative chess game, eyes slightly open, both men deeply breathing, taking their respective turns, melving together like the passing of white clouds on a blue sky, action without movement is flow, where only silence can be heard, while in absence of a word, only whispering winds are observed. RZA on the topic of Hip Hop legends still saying his opinion doesn't matter is showing you how a true master thinks about his craft! This man is an absolute pillar of Hip Hop. He created a style that transformed the genre for decades to come. His style is what bared fruit to dozens of carreers. And he is still out here saying his opinion doesn't matter. Dude if his opinion doesn't matter, we should just fucking do away with them as a whole! Lex, thank you for this podcast. I love how this shows the pure raw intelligence of the most successfull people in the world. This was awesome!

I lost my Mother in 1983, when I was 15. I recently learned that the strongest familial bond is Mother-Daughter, and it definitely left me feeling broken. However, having endured that allowed me to appreciate life, and I've never really stopped getting to know her. Also, I've found that I can be there for people who are going through the same thing - because as you say, Love wins.

Just perfect hardcore mcin for real heads n hearts trying to get through the struggle to be able to do their part makin the true light real here now, y know? Wu is amazing, nothing talked to me like their music and art. In a way I needed and was having difficulty finding, ye? Beautiful example that you can, it's real, our natural, god given birth right. Not a dream, or even fantasy as the corruptors would have us and our kids believe. Legendary warriors for good, saving souls by the thousands, sorry millions. Bless them all forever.love
