RZR 570 S conversion from trail 50" 72" WIDE!!

I finally gave in and converted my 2016 RZR 570 from a trail suspension to the S width suspension. This will work for any 570. The parts came from @SuperATV, and ebay. The conversion is pretty straigh forward. Part 2 will show the rear conversion.

I converted my 10 year old son's 2016 rzr570 to an S with the same Super atv parts but I altered the rear control arms so I could use custom tuned Elka shocks. I also used Demon axles, RT Pro frame braces and the heavy duty tie-rods with heim joints. Then topped it with 14" Raceline wheels and 28" Maxxis Carnivore

You are my new HERO!!!! I've been wondering about doing this on my 900 trail. I've been fighting the urge to spend that kind of money! How does one justify it on a 570? Are you going to state the $$$ you have in the project in Vid 2? HOW did you know all these things would fit...axels, shocks etc. I have a 2015 900 trail so I believe ours is the same chassis...can't believe my good fortune to find these videos. Good work!!!

Glad I could help. I thought I said how much it cost but must not have. Cost can vary depending on what type of parts you buy whether it be aftermarket or stick take offs. I'll see what our cost me and post it up.

What are the a-arms? Are they rzr 800s forward a arms, or rzr 900?

Can you run a different shock in the rear. Maybe a stock 570s shock or something like that?

You can. A 570S shock will work and I believe a front shock for an XP machine will also work.

Yes, this should work for any of the 570 RZR's.

Hey Eric, is there any other way to contact you? I have an 2010 800 trail. I was just going to sell it and buy a 1000 until i seen this video and i don't really want to shell out 15k+ for another SXS. If i could get mine 60+ wide like this one it would be insane! I also don't really want to shell out $1800 for the SATV kit if I could do it cheaper like this one. If you have any way to help me that would be awesome, this machine looks so mean, and i really hope i can make my 800 have the same stance.

I went from stock a arms to super atv forward arms, then to the S arms

What about rear a-arms? Does the super atv kit come with both front and rear?

@@raytaylor8084 super ATV doesn't have a "kit" for the 570 even though they sell all the parts. The rear arms are Ranger (not RZR) 900XP

@@ericsscout I was hoping you found another Moog tie rod that would fit the S model. Just watched your video cheap steering fix. I am battling an S with lifted arms and portals right now, that rips the steering rods to shreds.
