We installed a full set of MTS Offroad springs on our Polaris Pro R Ultimate. The passenger side is more difficult for removal than the drivers side but none the less, a 3 hour job. This job can be done alone but you will struggle a bit, best to have a second person to assist. Billet forks was simple and MTS provides red locktite for the new shock forks. The OEM fork with some heat from a propane torch is all that is needed and a shaft clamp. The Jack Tech SK-3000 spring compressor tool was a great help and made the job quick and simple. But you can easily do this job with a McPherson strut tool as well, the same tool we used to make the adjustments after the install. This tool can be rented at your local Parts retailer. How hard was it to take the front shocks off? did you drop the A-arms at all ? I have a Turbo R same set up

Passenger side is harder. But both are a pain to do. You have to disconnect the sway barrier link and push down the lower a-arm while moving the top of the shock to the firewall. It’s easier if you have someone to help a little. The rears are easier but the shocks are heavy. Wheatleys and oatmeal are required before rear shock removal. No a-arms were removed for the shock removal.

@@neverhalfthrottle I’ve watched several installs every one of them said the fronts was kinda of a bitch but loosing the sway bar links was key.. I just don’t want to remove the a-arms if I do that I’m getting high clearance do it all the same time.
