AGL = gear oil. Ddf = front diff because it contains a friction modifier. Same as gm g80 rear diffs require. If an oil is listed for use in a limited slip automotive application, it should be fine in any popo front diff.

1. Never drain fluid without verifying you can remove the fill plug. 2. AGL is 5w30 fluid, you can just use full synthetic Motor Oil. 3. Demand drive is just automatic transmission fluid. 4. Good unit bud.

Eric Cass. If atv manufactures make the best oil why aren’t they running it in their race machines? I’ll stick with rotella or amsoil thanks. I’ve seen the tests on some of these fluids and often times the brands like “yamalube” cost more and don’t protect as well.

Just went to change the trans oil and front diff in my 2018 Turbo S and.......NO OIL!!!! Pretty sure the installer of my long block didn't add oil back in my trans :( I have gone 1200 miles with no oil(maybe 2oz.), and no is wrong???????????? How could this be......I'm baffled....

Dylan Kelley aye bud. A lot of it depends on you. If you're an East Coast guy and your budget matters, the RZR is the way to go. The YXZ is an awesome machine, build quality is superior and the fit/finish is miles ahead of Polaris. However, you will have issues with gearing. The YXZ is also a PITA to perform basic maintenance on also, at least relative to the RZR. People bending the soft aluminium oil tanks, and the bearing noises due to no oil pressure on start up. No utility with the YXZ, relative to RZR. YXZ doesn't have a low range/gear, the bed isn't gated, and the RZR has a ton of tie down points. You will habe to buy doors and top, YXZ comes standard with those which is awesome. The YXZ is a PITA to clean. The RZR has quick release seats and two drain plugs, you habe to remove seat frame/well on yxz. The YXZ suspension isn't as good as the trailing arm XP units. It's horrifically undersprung in front, and oversprung in rear. YAMAHA, wtf. my only guess is to induce over steering. Polaris models have clutch issues in 2016. They apparently catch fire a lot too? recalls for heatshield. belts last forever, if you understand CVTs. Sous doesn't lol. evidence of him rock crawling in high on a video awhile back. Knowing when to use low and high help belt life. For every belt eating RZR story, there is a YXZ that eats clutches. again, I think it's a lack of understanding in the UTV community, especially regarding SS models. I love YAMAHA, that's me, on a YZ in my avi in the YAMAHA hat lmao. I fucking HATE Polaris. But at the end of the day, the rzr offers near identical performance as the YXZ. unless you're just super horny to hit dem gears, the RZR is better :(. EDIT: The YXZ forum I use is having issues. I will copy and paste my analysis from there.
Other Nick---you should not poke your finger in the oils. If a small piece of paper falls into the oil that paper could get caught on a bearing and ruin your day.
