thanks for the response. Much appreciated. However, I still don't think the first tune is a variation on "the ivy leaf", which is played in the jig form as the second tune. any more help?
It's is from a Dieseal album. I think The Long Long Note. Should be on The Session under that band and album title. It may not have been transcribed yet as it is a fairly obscure tune. Look up "Raindrops & The First of May" here on RU-vid under Dieseal for the original track. Hope that helps!
