Dude, we're also a sizeable portion of Danes who would have loved to see this winning, trust me!

I find that Danes tend to go for the most radio-friendly pop tune available at the expense of something more artistic. Something this unexpected hasn't made the Danish selection since... well, I can't even find anything.

Well as you may know the voting system went down First of all the idea of opening the app-voting a week before the show are an unfair way for the contestants to battle it out.. Eurovision is about the whole package not just what do you enjoy listening while on the bus Its about the live performance While some may vote and not even watch the show Also a song like this one yes its still great when you just listen to the studio version with no staging but its one of those songs when its so simplistic so silent and slow then Sørens voice is the biggest element of the song Both the staging while it looks easy it can be tough to catch the right atmosphere and with not much else to make the song shine other than his voice then its hard to judge it before seeing it live Then secondly I had no problem voting from the app before they told us to remove the app and reinstal it.. that was right before or right after Sørens performance I was able to vote for Freedom but after reinstalling the app it simply just went down and never went back up.. i voted on text tho. But he couldve lost some votes from that aswell I dont remember DR cancelling the app votes completely but the announcement of the results was yet again so confusing that it was impossible to understand whats going on.. it could easily be fixed No one would know if it was cause the announcement was unnecessarily complicated despite DR went out before the show saying that they had fixed the confusing score announcement from last year and made it more simple and easy to understand.. well.. other countries have simple systems working just fine.. dont have to make it more complicated than it is unlike they want to confuse to get away with something
