@@RandomPerson28337 that’s cute, now go run 6 minute miles, bust out 30 pull-ups in one set, hold a plank for 5 minutes or more, 100 burpees in 5 mins, barbell front press 225, squat 315 by 30 reps, deadlift 450 pounds and still be able to box for 8 rounds. You can have your little 315 pounds;) I’ve seen guys like this perform in the gym (all the movements above) they are versatile true athletes, body weight, cardio, CrossFit etc. they kill it! Bodybuilders move like oversized women.
@@BudgetGainsByJJ the point was all forms of training is good not just cal. People work hard with their weights just for people like you just to shxt on it. You think lifting weights can be done over night? That takes hardwork and sweat. Body weight is good weights is good. But to hate on the way someone trains is horrible. Your body will grow old and die one day but your character is what will remain. You can get an injury today and all your progess can go to shxt then what will you have? Dont hate or belittle others mate. We all are trying to get strong at the end of the day regardless of gender or method.
@@RandomPerson28337 I’ve been lifting for many years, from my experience; typical “bodybuilding” makes you incredibly immobile. I don’t talk “shxt”. All those achievements I mentioned above, that’s what I’ve accomplished (but talk is cheap, I get it) I respect what you said though “once you get injured everything goes down the drain” and everyone forgets about your achievements. I agree that every man (young or old) aspiring to better themselves physically, should look out for each other and respect one another and mostly push ourselves to our maximum capabilities. My advice: CrossFit makes you stronger but most importantly FUNCTIONAL. All the best
