Sorry for the wind noise i realized it as i was editing this video.. Once i put the intake on i definitely feel a better power response with not as much turbo lag!! as for fuel mileage i didnt really see a noticeable difference possibly get a half mile per gallon better but that is it

Noticeably louder sounds from turbo, can really hear it sucking the air in. I like that. Nice video man 👍

I installed the same one on my 2021 Silverado with the Duramax. It really makes the turbo come alive if you go to the turbo. More responsive as well

as soon as my engine is out of warranty i'll be doing the same thing, i can't wait for banks to make a tuner for the baby durmax.

Have you had or have any engine knocking? I have a 2022 trail boss with 300 miles and it knocks at speeds 0-35 mph. I use Shell diesel only.

There’s a Ton of Great Reviews, but there are some naysayers out there claiming it will ruin the engine and void the warranty. I haven’t read that anywhere claiming that though. Great videos. Thanks

Bought the x31 version 3.0 and it came with a bigger air filter box from the factory.

Question does installing the intake take away your warranty from the motor?

CAI's are the biggest waste of money on modern PCU controlled cars/trucks. Unless you're gaining 10% more HP you're not going to feel it...and you're NOT going to gain that. If any. They look cool if you drive with no hood I guess though. But wait until you go to try and trade it in with that thing on...better keep the OEM! I have an AT4 with the 3.0 and there's no need for anything but what it comes with from the factory. Todays engines are already pretty much pushed to their limits to meet standards. Not like the days of a small block where you could double the HP for a few hundred dollars.

You have to maintain that filter or the dust can wreck the motor I'm staying with paper stalk filters my self.
