I stopped collecting SH and switched to hiya toys and these figures are a BIG reason for that. Why pay $75 for a figure thats based on a mold that was reused 10 times and clearly degrading and also more expensive than the previous versions of the same mold, when I can pay $50 for a figure with better sculpting, paint, and doesn't fall apart in my hands when i try to pose it due to a ball joint system that ACTUALLY WORKS. not to mention the best QC I have ever seen on an action figure in my 12+ years of being a toy collector.

Good unboxing! I think this is the best looking kong for screen accuracy wise! It’s crazy how much a repaint helps! But I really hate kongs diaphragm it’s such a weird choice I don’t know how that got approved for the figure
Curious to know how the evolved Godzilla will look like. Honestly I don’t expect their release to come out until 2025. Also idk why they didn’t add Kong’s gauntlet as an accessory instead releasing the same variant for the upcoming figure.
Probably because there might be accessories like the effects like the playmates one ik some SHMA figures don't have accessories but since the godzilla figures have an accessory
