Hey paul , any advice or help how to get into this type of job? I have no contacts or know any people in this field. Im currently in a 9-5 job and in a weld school. but this type of job got my attention. plz help

@@mariojr7079 hey men!. i got my passport and twic already. im waiting on my entry level MMC it is what they call a C-book. because there no school or anything like that where i live at . and i cant go to port or hall which is for me Jacksonville florida just for a one week course. i already sent all my docs online to my nearest REC and im still waiting for a response. However like i said, i dont know any peolple or have any contacts who can give me a hand. im still at the welding school i be finishing next summer . But would be good if i can get some contacs

You get paid during your 2nd phase ... every ship is different tho ... your first 3 months at school you’ll only get paid 20$ a week unless you have a job at the school
