@@snas2522 I use to work at a food tent at a memorial day festival. We would sell fried alligator, chicken, snickers, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, oreos, pickles, and of course potatoes. I'm sure if someone brought a food item to the owner and asked it to be fried he would have done it. 🤣 Helpful tip though: don't buy fried fair food after the first day... they don't change out the oil until the end of the event 😐
