From listening to this on the way to school in 2009 to now, still blows my mind...not just a great cover but one of the most seamless arrangements of vg music I've ever heard.

this awesome song was on a youtube video that showed all the games up to lord of shadows(which was the latest back then), even the old cellphone game and the cancelled games(the dreamcast one, bloodlet and even a teaser for a new game with alucard as the main character), i've searching for that video only to hear this awesome song again, but that video seems to be long gone... however, here is the song, so i'm happy i can hear this awesome medley again
Good for you. However, LoS caused Igarashi to leave Konami, and for that I am very upset. Also, music in LoS feels generic to me. Mainline Castlevania games have the best music.

The Trooper fits perfectly, though. I'd love to fight a boss in Castlevania with that playing! S.S.H. does this with some of his other songs, too. I remember two others have an intro of 'Painkiller' by Judas Priest, and 'The Evil That Men Do' by Iron Maiden.
@kakarottossj3 actually, Mad Forest comes in at 3:46. I don't know what the name of 3:13's song is, but I think it plays in one of the castle levels of Castlevania 3
