I believe the third dog was caused by a hallucination of one of the dogs, which means one of the dogs or maybe both are pseudo dogs, they create hallucinations of themselves to make the enemy think that there are more than one dog, and attacks the enemy from behind while they're attacking the hallucinations.

Yesterday, three soldiers attacked our Cordon camp. We outgunned them, no casualities on our side. Today, the whole southern checkpoint came. They killed half of our camp, 7 in total. They lost 11 men. Even if we survived, more than 18 men lost their lives on this day. They were just following orders, we were just fighting back. There is no more guitar. There is no more staying up late gathered around a campfire telling anecdotes to eachother. There is no more Wolf. In my camp, there is only silence now. Only wolves and shotguns can be occasionaly heard, far away in the darkness. There are 6 of us left now. Nobody even bothers sitting next to the campfire anymore, everybody is just standing and guarding the village. 3 out of 4 Wolf's scouts were killed aswell. 2 of them were killed in an anomaly. Well, at least I thought so. I came closer, only to see Petryuha laying wounded in the anomaly. I carefuly approached, healed him, and followed him back home. I dragged them all, both soldiers and fellow stalkers, to one of the underground rooms next to the fire. My God, the room is now full of dead men. There is 19 bodies in that room. The camp feels empty now. Such is life in the zone. Edit: The rest of the Wolf's scouts were not found. One of them still remains in the center of an anomaly.

SIEGE Gaming In my village in Cordon, a random loner started playing a guitar recently. A couple of guys now actually sit around the campfire. It feels much better now knowing that the village is still alive. Fox lost his life too, fighting the dogs.

Im west slavic soo I can understand around 30%/40% of the songs lyrics. Its actually pretty sad considering what it is about. And nothings gets me more to shed a tear like patriotic/military inspired songs. In conclusion is a very good song, simple in its built yet still very deep in its own way, the way we see and think about the things mentioned in it, the way the "solider" thinks about them, soo thats my opionion about it. Few years ago i played stalker for the first time. I was 14 and played all sorts of games, wether they be mainstream, indie or very niche titles not everyone gets into. I think that sorta helped with me getting instantly hooked into the zone when i woke up in Sidrovich's bunker that one grey afternoon. I played through all of SoC without stopping and i didnt know why. Then played CS and loved it aswell. Then i finally opened up CoP and loved it before installing the CoC mod putting idk how many hours into it. I then realised that The Zone has accepted me, and i have accepted it. We never truly leave The Zone once we enter for the first time. And you know what? i wouldnt have it any other way.

I have an oddly specific memory with this song. It was the summer of 2018 and I was in a summer camp. It was 3 a.m., me and 4 my friends were the only ones that were still sitting by the fire. It was starting to burn out, the sparks made a sound which combined in a perfect way with this song and gave some powerful vibes. I cant describe that feeling... we were all almost asleep on eachother and the song was coming close to the end, at that very same time that the song was over, the fire had burned out. It is one of my dearest memories and I don't have the slightest ideea why. We haven't seen each other in almost 1 year and I miss them.

In the summer of last year we had a music project to create a music video. So we chose this song and tried to recreate the zone we chose my friends place bc he lived in a countryside so it was a perfect setting plus there was some natural wildlife and all. And now i am just relistening this song and just get the feels of summer and going back home on the bikes getting home and then spending hours talking and laughing.

Stort time brothers. Im walking to the military checkpoint by the destroyed bridge there are 3 babby stalkers in conflict with 2 soliders the soliders kill one and wound another but not before one of them is killed the last two wound each other but are blown up by a grenade i threw (whoops) but the last stalker i gave him my medpack, his name was rus daddy. I met him throughout my jorney several more times each time he had the 8th best stalker with him. Once i was clearing out some duty guys and here comes rus daddy with his op buddy (now the 7th as the previous 7th was now dead on the ground 5m away from me) in tow wrecking everyones shit. After that i ventured deep into the zone and did not see daddy in some weeks i eventually went back to were i last saw him but upon arriving at the nearest settlement i couldnt find him so i waited around for a few days. But my supplies were getting low so i decided to do a run on a zombie infested area upon clearing it out while i was looting the bodys of the dead i read one of them, it was rus daddy, he must have not been able to make it to shelter when there was a blowout, i said a prayer took his starter pistol and carryed it with me for the remainder of my time in the zone. "Lost to the Zone, but not forgotten."

I feel you dude. I wish that all the time but the games themselves are the best we've got. I've always wanted to go into the zone with friends too though, but not even STALKER has co-op unfortunately. Maybe one day at least that?

Ukrainian here. The conflict was imminent and obvious, but we all were blind. Russians had been talking to us as to "younger" or "less important" for god knows how long. Despite the fall of the USSR they thought of themselves as of the capital and of as as of a region. We wanted to believe that we are friends but it is obvious now that this illusion could only last so long

He always said to wear a seatbelt that it saves lives. Hehe kind of ironic thats what got him killed, the chimera focused on him. Probably because he was stuck in the car, I put maybe a couple mags into it before it went down.”
