My Dad bought a guitar recently, and one day i was going by the living room and i hear him playing "He was a good Stalker" i never knew he was a stalker fan

One thing I love about these songs is all the little imperfections like the string buzz and muted notes. It's something that most guitarists try their hardest to avoid but in this setting it just works so good that they wouldn't be the same without those imperfections

When I was very young like four to six years old my older brother played stalker and I would watch. My older brother died in 2020 due to a drug overdose and since then I've played stalker shadow of Chernobyl about 4 times now and I've played clear sky and call of pripyat once or twice, playing the game since has made me feel almost complete and more at piece with his death. He was a good stalker

He waited, but the knight said nothing, so Mckhail shrugged his shoulders and started strumming. The knight pondered over his hopeless circumstances, but was it really any different from the rest of his life?

This comment's a weird one, but I want to thank you, personally, James. I used to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R on my brother's computer, back when disks were still common use... God, it's been a while. Anyways, I was real young at the time, and genuinely, for the longest time, I've thought S.T.A.L.K.E.R was some crazy fever dream. I remember guitar_11 being one of my favorite songs ever, and was absolutely stunned when I heard it here and realized this was the game I'd been trying to find for years. I've since learned it on an acoustic electric and am going to buy the game soon. So thank you.

I like the moments when i see a exo guy playing guitar. It always reminds me that there's a fragile human being inside the monstrous robotic appearance, trying to survive while keeping their sanity, just like other regular stalkers.

Just listening to these songs just brings back memories of my journey as a stalker and i think the campfire songs is just what makes stalker special and its whole story. Stalker is the perfect game.

I just recently beat Call of Prypiat about 3 weeks ago and, im already back in for another run. Idk why these games haunt me so but there is something about surviving the zone that has been missed in other survivor fps games, the closest ive played is the Metro series. And everytime i find myself deep in the game, i always stop for a campfire and chill session.

I want to say that I was surprised that there are many foreign comments and that people are interested in stalker. I live in ukraine and the events of the game take place in my country and this game has a special place in my heart, this longing that still lingers from the soviet union in which I never lived, the environment, architecture and atmosphere, stalkers playing the guitar by the fire, depression, sadness, hopelessness, unfairness, despair, disgust is all about stalkers they are outsiders but they play these melodies. this is all I think I was born with and this tumor of longing haunts me all my life. but regardless of all this, remember that stalker dies only when he is forgotten
