S-turn into the numbers 

My favourite practice flight of the day. Speed reduction using S-turns on a landing after engine failure to reduce speed. The whole thing is done with the engine on idle, essentially no power.
The "intersection" is where the two runways meet (15 and 22).

From the Google maps view you can see I landed in quite a small space, hence my Andy's amusement.
Gyrocopters (unlike normal planes) don't stall. So when doing an emergency landing, you don't need to carefully control your path, you can fly straight to your field, and then control you speed and height with various techniques, including s-turns. This is what I was practising here.
