I couldn’t even name my feelings.. it was just anger or rage. I found out thru the steps it was my feelings that were hurt or I was in fear but it would come out in anger or rage.

Sitting in our feelings we had to learn how to sit and feel it but not stay there. When we get like that WE have to go help someone else. Be of service to someone else.

Just here to say, as someone who's been sent to rehab against my will, saying "OH IM X TIME SOBER" is the cringiest thing ever. No one cares, you were sober for many years before you started using or drinking or whatever, you're just being annoying about living a mundane boring life. Not being a complete loser is not an accomplishment, grow up lmaoo. Cheers! 🍻
