**********Making the holesaw jig!!!************ Bolt a piece of flatstock to the back, use a small hole saw that fits in the center diameter of the OEM hole, the bit in the center of the holesaw will make a true center to the arm. Make sure your saw isn't old and your bit is new (don't want a wonky center hole). Take your flatstock off the trailing arm. Then use the 3" hole saw and make an indent using your true center hole. good vibes **********Making the holesaw jig!!!************
This is brilliant. I presume that centering flange for holesaw position isnt included in the kit, cant see it on website pics or description? That is the only part I wouldnt be comfortable with and wouldnt want to mess it up but I guess I could get profesional shop to drill it for me.
