As someone who's avariciously been hoping for *years* to get access to Andy's map of the Empire, I expect this is going to be a distinct and notable pleasure to listen to.

You can see the origins of the trap within the trap with "pushing deeper into the wolf so it can't close its mouth" - gotta love the consistency from Ed.

Binary advantage: EXACTLY the kind of house rule I wanted for 4th edition, myself.

This stuff is so criminaly underviewed I can hardly stand it. Know that we who have found this series love it!

I just started this Campaign this Wednesday. Watching great gamers run through this game to hopefully get some great ideas. My group’s insane escapades at the Coach and Horses inn are about to catch up to them in Altdorf!

Gosh, 7 months passed already? "Does Andy ever shut up? He just keeps on going...." and we love him for it. Funny how the me 7 months ago took away different things compared to the me of now. I'd forgotten that Elrick was "short"! I'm a similar height because I carried huge weights of books on my shoulders when my bones were growing hehe

I'm late to the party but I can tell that Luitpold and Elrick are going to be close friends despite the whole magic thing, due to the Ablaze synergy.

I have gone back to the beginning to be able to comment on stuff that i have wanted to comment to but forgotten to do. Oh man, the microphones in the beginning are rough but so glad you got the better ones later. I really enjoy watching this even though it is different from how I DM warhammer, and I think that shows the strength of the lore and the world that you truly can make it your own but still keep it recognizably warhammer. That said Andys lore knowledge and the enthusiasm he brings to the table is contagious through the screen. Its a fun watch and something I recommend to my friends that wants to see a different but familiar version of TeW. Thank you for this and the hours you have spent making it. And for the people that come here and find the audio really rough in the beginning don't worry it will get better.

Thank you. That was a lot of fun to watch. I played this game over 30 years ago with my brother and some friends. At the time this roleplaying game really was next level compared to all other rpg's availlable. Watching this makes me want to play this game again .

An amazing and creative GM, a fantastic group of players and a story written a little differently, you have to watch it! came here after listening to the podcast with sotek. I'm a dnd player and i have no clue what's going on but i'm quite interested in the lore and the characters are fun. It's nice to get the hang of the rules as I'm progressing tho. So far the bullshit elf is my favourite but I expect a lot of things from our local Bright Wizard

This was fun! A couple of tech notes: The audio is ... OK. But can be improved. A bit of room treatment can take care of those boomy reflections. Also Andy's mic clips at times. The Ed-Cath-Lindsay camera needs a little exposition adjustment it seems. Aside from that: Awesome stream. Great work! The intro reel was amazing!

This looks promising! My own "Lawhammer" is the setting of WFRP-1&2 and the rules of 4. I much prefer the more british take on the old world setting. The rules (i never played 3) themselves are getting progressively better.

I've been waiting months before I could start watching this series as my group are playing this campaign too. Although I played the original I didn't want to jog my memory. I do love how there's optional changes in the new version for veteran players. p.s. My character is a giant too. 6'3" and rolled very high physical stats. He doesn't fit in small places or in off-the-shelf armour...

Really enjoyed this episode! I was wondering if there was a video or write up for the background of this campaign as I'm quite unfamiliar with The Enemy Within, and Warhammer in general really. Specifically some of the character backgrounds such as Gerhardt's family situation, how the party came together, etc. Or is this something that is planned to be revealed across the episodes? Looking forward to watching more regardless!

Starting my Journey after many LoreBeards!

At about 6:00 he mentions dfferent kinds of play. I am looking to run a game of WHFRP 4e soon, and have alway's seen the system as a means to begin play as nothing but rat catfchers and thieves and ending the game as "superhero's" if I want to do that, what rules would other';s suggest. (I am more asking anyone who see's this as I don't expect a response from the channel on an old vid.)

4:08 Cath hits the mutant. How are you calculating successes? GM has -9 and Cath +7. Cass rolled a 70 (as she turns it to hitlocation 07 = Head). How are you getting these numbers (-9 and +7)? They seem very high.
