These defensive technologies have massive implications. Ultimately I think Alex is right with a lot of his observations, but there is so much US centric good guy bad guy rhetoric mixed in that it's concerning. Why is this not a global conversation?

No matter what party got in the future, we have to use new technology to run this world, learning other countries best part, like medical, education, health, traveling or research space, …., not only this few years, but save lots data from many years ago.
