Per Cummins quickserve, isx had campaign regarding DPF differential pressure sensor fault or not robust. There are steps to determine whether you have bad sensor or not.

I have Temperature T3 goes 60 degrees over normal while Parked Regen. My diagnostic said Regen is complete 100% approximately for 1 hour,,,, but my truck said Parked Regen doesn't meet whole process,like process is not completed. DPF filter is new. Do you knowwhat could be reason for Temperature T3 goes 60 degrees over normal?
I have a 2011 Volvo vnl 780 with a Cummins ISX I’ve been getting an active code but it doesn’t have First or Last event I go in to diagnostics and get a sid324 Fmi 0 and sid324 FMI 2 Have tried to clear code but just comes back Replaced the differential pressure sensor I have just done the DPF filter clean up it asks for a Parked Regen but code doesn’t allow What is the problem
How about guessing this one.... im sure the dpf is time to be changed cuz we had an egr cooler failure, but I've done numerous manual regens from my scanner. But the levels are always high. The truck seemingly NEVER does a regen on its own. I always do it and finished it never goes below 20% I think. Why would the truck never regen on its own? Maxxforce 10 International 2012 And yes I know 99% of my issue is its a maxxforce but I can't fix that
Your te best!! Manufacturers want filters clean after 250,000 miles, but what about replacement of filters? What miles you recommend replacement of filters? Thanks
Replace them is the best cuz something there are materials or debris than can't be removed by cleaning manually and this causes high pressure calling regenerations within a low range.
francisco tengo una pregunta mi camion no ase el regen porque dise que algo ay con el egr o el turbo pero dise el mecanico que no ay buss enel turbo pero ya es tercer turbo que le pongo y es mucho dinero que egastado en 2 turbos si me contesta cual puede ser el problema selo agradeseria es un frieghtliner cascadia 2011 y motor isx gracias
my truck make regen every 300 miles some times every 200 miles and I heave check engine all time ?,! We put melee DOF filter and it’s still same !? What can be problem !?
