He was wrong on quite a few details. For example the detective is the one that suggested Shannan killed the kids and therefore giving Chris the idea. Please watch Chris Watts police interview and you will see what I am talking about.

I believe her. I dreamt the exact time my own son took his last breath from a brutal murder. The same with my eldest daughter. She was sick not unalived by anyone but I was aware her death was near, not knowing exactly when.
The 2,000 page "Discovery" police file lists the names of those 2 poor police officers who had to go into those oil tanks and deal with what they found. And having done one tank they then had to go and repeat the process. I hope they were given adequate counselling afterwards. That must have been hellish.
Based on internet searches Nicole had researched Chris and Shannan prior to starting the affair with Chris. She knew a lot more than she told police and Chris pleaded guilty to shield her from a trial.

I agree the case was slammed so quickly it was like the DA Rourk didn’t care about Justice to the full extent. That’s not how a good DA does his job especially in this horrendous Family Annihilation. It appeared like he didn’t care just close this case and move on. WTH???? He’s got to go and pray to God a decent new DA pulls this case up from wherever the hell it’s been buried by Rourk and brings the truth out. Please Vote this man out . He has to go.
When he blames Shanann for doing the girls, it was all I could do to not reach thru my phone and grip him up! This dude is completely sick in his head and he’s inhuman.
CW’s was not too bright. He didn’t have a plan or if he did it was weak. When the detective Tammy suggested that his wife Shanann unalived the girls he latched onto that lie and thought the cops would fall for it. They had him right there. He didn’t know how to keep that lie going so it sounded genuine. He was busted. Didn’t take long to sew that case together once he asked for Daddy.
I thought Shanann's mother said in the interview, the girls were too saturated in the oil to be cremated because that would have caused an explosion? In any case, there is no way she would have killed her own babies, she wasn't that kind of mother, that was obvious in all her videos.

The narcissistic diagnosis sounds like his mother, imo. Chris demonstrated callus disregard for human life, his crimes had an element of sadistic pleasure, duping delight, ease of deception and a pattern of lying to everyone. He has psychopathic traits if not full diagnosis. They should administer the Hare checklist, and obtain detailed child and family history, I hope, to figure this guy out.

With respect, "the monster" was given the idea that police /everyone would "understand" if Shanann had "done something to the girls and he he had retaliated". The police were trying to get a confession any which way they could and the interrogation had been going on for hours. He played with this idea and then asked for his daddy. He is a sick monster. Shanann didn't EVER lay a hand on her daughters, she loved them too much. I am sick to my heart that this excuse is regurgitated so often. It is right were it belongs whilst still breathing & then, straight to hell 😆 This is my opinion.

First let me say that I have been the oilfield for 18yrs. I have a CDL and have 'water' trucks and been to many many of those types of wells over the years. That fact that Chris could actually put his babies in those tanks is a unbearable thought that shit in the tanks is the most nasty shit you would ever want to smell, get on you and just be near it! I think because hadn't been in many relationships, and his inmaturity this all happened. I think you can tell by the the way he talks( Like you know what I mean) This is the best description of him and you Dr.Phil hit it on the head! Thank you for taking the time to do these chapters. In his confession CW said Shan'ann strangled the girls. Autopsy states they were smothered. Either he 'assumed' they were killed in the same manner (by another) or even he had to cover their faces so they wouldn't look at him. Still, I find it strange that there was two different causes of D. Dr Phil, you make a big point of Nicole's epiphany while seeing what a beautiful wife Shan'ann was. Computer searches shows she was on her Facebook several times before and while they were dating. She knew Shan'ann was beautiful AND pregnant before she ever went to their house.

I believe bcuz the neighbors camera lags and skips motions as The neighbor also admitted that so this is why maybe the detectives didn’t notice this 😢🤦🏻♀️ bcuz those police n detectives surely didn’t do a lot that should have been done
The only car with a woman in it was his elderly neighbor who was going to the gym that morning. She said she saw Chris back his truck into his garage but didn't see anything else.
Thank you for this summary. There is no other world event that leaves me so incomprehensible. No script comes close to these bestial acts. This was not just murder, I don't know a word for this catastrophe. He deserves a life sentence for his collateral damage alone. Does your partner or family member often do disgusting things without feeling disgusted by it? It's not because they are resistant, this is a red flag of a psychopath or other mental illness. Watts is a covert narcissist that can be very malignant. Remember people liked him. So he's covert. Like Nate the nextdoor neighbor told the officer. He heard them (Shan'ann and Watts) shouting at each other a lot.
A couple of thoughts: No one should ever, EVER, agree to a polygraph. They don't detect 'lies', they detect vitals, which could fluctuate for a myriad of reasons. And, whatever the hell Chris is, Phil's description of a malignant narcissist is not him. He wasn't haughty, arrogant, grandiose, 'the hero', 'confident', wanting to be the center of attention or acting like he thought he was special (to be completely honest, that sounds more like Shannon). He was immature, weak, dimwitted and pussy-whipped. He decided to blame Shannon for killing the kids because the female detective suggested it as a way to get him to confess; he latched onto it in the moment because he thought it might work, but he didn't think of it himself because he was some kind of cagey 'always thinking' coldblooded mastermind. His girlfriend is no smart cookie who got out in front of all of this, she deleted everything she had on her phone about him and apparently was googling him and Shannon a year earlier. She is problematic as hell but...everyone likes to parse out villains and heros. None of this in any way excuses what he did, of course, but I think the reason this case is so stunning and shocking is because Watts does not fit into a psychological box. He, as a family annihilator, is not typical in any way.
I’m surprised, Dr. Phil did not bring up the fact that Chris specifically said he wanted to get the girls as far away from Shannan as possible, during the disposal period. As if he could be any more evil.
If she felt her daughter died, she didnt mention that to shannans friends or the police in colorado that dreadful morning when she was on the phone with them.

You're wrong about that. They weren't in his truck, but rather NKs. They took her out the back basement window then over the fence and into her truck. NK killed those girls while he was driving home to meet the cops.
NK was way smarter than CW so if she was the mastermind to this, no one would have gotten caught. Also your theory has huge holes (not to mention zero evidence) so you’re saying NK drove out to the oil tanks now in BROAD daylight and she killed the kids AAAAANND put them in the tanks - during the day…uh huh…🙄🙄🙄
