1) SIEMENS Analog I/O Calibration= int VAL 0- 27648
Note that the value 27648 is only the "Rated maximum analog value (0- 27648)". The other range in the PLC is the "overcontrol range (27649-32511)". While the real maximum value is the "overflow (0-32767)".
2) The value 27648 has simply been selected as the maximum normal range value of any analog signal transferred to the CPU by a Siemens analog module. This numerical value is independent of the resolution of the particular analog module used (this is a way to standardize all scaling of
analog readings the processor)
3) For unipolar data, this would mean 0 to 27648 represents full range; above 27648, overage, below 0, underanged. See the attached illustration for the equivalent numeric values i of a 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA signal.

300 C = 20mA = 27648,
4 SUB 20 = 16 mA, 16 X 1382.4 = 22118.4
Now Calibrate Temperature, = 300/22118 = 0.01356
= for 25C = 0.01356x25 = 0.339/ not suitable for our
physical controller, so we need, another way to try
Our Controller Can Measure: 0-100C
temperature regulation = .1 (10)
Temperature Sensor Regulation = .01 (100)
