"Some effort" - nope it wouldn't budge as described. (I have big strong hands) I padded the action with a rag and pried up against the charging handle with a pair of needle nosed pliers, it popped right out. After the initial removal it's much easier now, a wiggle and pull does the trick! Awesome shotgun, runs like a swiss watch.
Love my SA-08 20ga. put ab adult butt stock onto the youth 24" compact model and have a sweet Pheasant gun. In fact I usually bring it with me leaving home shotguns that cost 3-5x as much . . . love my lil twenty!
I agree,I retired my Beretta 390 from everything except goose hunting. When you get old, lugging a heavy 12 gauge miles gets old and slow on the flush.
Anyone knows how to disassemble the magazine? or how to remove the spring retainer (the orange cap, not the black plug) without taking the whole magazine out?
