Jonas great job, I'm on my seventh Saab all 93s my current Saab, is a 2011 Aero TTid4 Griffin salon in white. Hirsch remap. Bilstein B8 with Eibach 9-3s9-s springs, upgraded EBC Disc front and back with yellow pads. rear silencers removed s/s tubes with 4-inch end tips. 18x7half turbine Wheels with 235/45r18 Goodyear asym3 tires plus Full black leather. and I love it, keep up the great content.
If this griffin update had been done in 2008 I think it would have saved Saab, or at least given Spiker a better chance. One thing missing in the video Jonas, hope you can include on the next one is the griffin interior seats. And the NEVS 9-3 shifter knob for the manual transmission. I would love to see the new shifter knob that went into the 9-5NG, in the 9-3. Thanks for the video, this looks amazing!
Great video, that rear logo would look better if you were to use that 12v harness behind it to to power an LED & Fiber Optics (Directional Specific) to reflect light through/off chameleon & silver/gold film. The crystal clear logo cast from resin would really pop out if it were to be done. During winter 2019 I'm going to be making a "spirit of Saab" 3d resin Griffin similar to the rolls Royce "spirit of ecstacy" which will operate exactly like the latter with sensors to retract it when touched etc (UK VOSA laws) to protect pedestrians. My plan is to create the mechanism in a completely different way, which will be cheaper but more advanced too. That might sound a little weird but when my 2004 93 is completely refurbished to high spec standard you will understand why. Awesome Jonas my brotha, my saab 93 vert se just hit a 188965 and the infamous timing chain failure.. Very conflicted in what to do as far as rebuild or engine swap . what u think rebuild , swap or even electric conversion? .. Dont want to part with my baby
