J Nevin Just googled open SID and read the attached PDF at saabcentral, guess you have to enable "Software Open" first, but writing to the system : (. You can grab up a new SID cable for around 20-40, think I paid 40 for mine, but I just saw something on ebay for 20, just make sure you get the right cable since there are a few SID models. Just yesterday I was thinking, "It would be great if the SID could display more information, such as Error codes" but this is nearly what I was thinking if not better.
