New pumps are between $300-500. If you have the tools, time, skill, and patience, a rebuild kit is around $30-40.

Skipped brush replacement because I couldn’t find my soldering gun, and the OG brushes were at 3/4 life after 190k miles.

C0407-64 low oil pressure. I knew it wasn’t the clutch seal because I did that fix already and fluids were not cross contaminated.

@@SolvingSaab I have owned my TX for 13yrs and got my first XWD fault code last week. Not had a chance to investigate the code is C040704 WIS says AWD Oil Pump Motor Open. The differential clutch pump current is less than 0.3 A for 30 s. I will need to investigate.

@@firesaab31 that may be a bad pump, try a xwd service and that may fix it.

@@SolvingSaab I have serviced my Haldex every 2yrs since owning the car despite covering just 3000 miles a year. I serviced just a few weeks ago. I should have time to investigate next week. Keep up with good work and keep posting videos 👍

I just have a question for you! If I have in stock a Differential Pump not ELSD can I put it on my car that have ELSD ? thx

@@Marc-AndreRiendeau-jf4nr LSD and ELSD pumps are not interchangeable because they have different plugs. The kit in the video will fix both though because they are the same internally.
