I really loved that she sang in French. Not everything has to be done in English. People sing in the English language on other Global Got Talent Shows and you don't hear the judges telling them to not sing in English. I know people can argue and say her song may not have sounded well, but that is not the point I am making. I thought that she sounded fantastic, regardless.
Cassidy Tyler I feel like it’s Becuase they wanted her to sing soemthing that connected to her and then she sang that song in French and the judges didn’t even know what the heck she wasn’t singing so no connection
The French song she started singing was Je Suis Malade by Lara Fabian... very powerful and emotional song. Watch it here:- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dVvlmpo5g9k.html
She was a NATURAL choice for Eurovision. Some of her XFactor performances were like little versions of Eurovision (albeit less tacky, with better music). She's FAULTLESS and NOTE PERFECT, in EVERY SINGLE performance. AMAZING.
Absolutely and Utterly Stunning ! I too just stumbled across this video, never hearing of her, and I was blown away ! We got total entertainment with an incredibly talented voiced star !
OMG what was that with the reaction to her singing in French? I'm from Israel and when people here sing in Arabic in shows EVERYONE support them. Arabic in Israel. English is not the only language in the world. WTF is wrong with these people??
I'm from Morocco and I love Hebrew songs, Hebrew is such a beautiful language especially in music. BTW, my fav Israeli singers are Itay Levi, Netta, Noa Kirel, Omar Adam, Stephane Legar, Ben and Static...
I had never heard of her until I stumbled upon this channel and only clicked on the video because of her unusual name. HOLY HELL... she is absolutely amazing almost beyond words. And this is coming from a guy who's usual playlist are headed by Deicide, Behemoth, Vital Remains, Dimmu, Marduk, etc. Absolutely stunning.
@@tinaa4126 and while I think Saara is great I was disappointed with her "Monsters" performance. The song itself was strong, she is a strong performer, so I'm not entirely sure what went wrong / why I didn't like it. :/
Loved her she is confident young lady, outstanding pray she goes far in stardom 🎊❤️good for her God we’ll watch over her🙏 I had to go back and watch her performances twice! I know her parents are proud 👍👍👍
@ The Lavaenygg I absolutely agree with you. I have a girl crush on Sara. I love her voice, her look and her personality and passion. I particularly LOVED the 3rd song on the compilation, when she sang "the cold never bothered me anyway!" I loved that because, being from Finland, she would need to be immune to the cold!!!
I'm from UK and can I just say I loved Saara and still listen to her new songs that she brings out, I voted for her every week and I loved her Eurovision performance too, She's such an amazing talented singer and performer
After Sia, Saara’s cover of Chandelier is the BEST out there. The BEST. I know she's represented Finland in Eurovision, BUT, Saara has the makings of a fine theater performer. She'd be AMAZING on the West End or on Broadway, because she has AMAZING theatricality. Or Disney obviously. I mean, she's SO GOOD. She could EASILY slay in Wicked (she could play EITHER Elphaba OR Glinda), Les Mis (Fantine, Eponine), We Will Rock You (She'd BRILLIANTLY SLAY as Meat!), Mamma Mia (Sophie), WHATEVER. She's ONE of a kind.
@@layoladeoro499 Puddles did his OWN version of Chandelier, which was great, but it was NOWHERE near as effortless as Saara's. Just my opinion. And she hits ALL of Sia's notes, PLUS SOME of her own.
Excellent at every song!!. Like they were all written for her! She has really Blossomed!! Way to go Saara! Thank you for sharing such a Grand Gift!! We are very blessed.
Definitely she's one of a kind. I have not seen anyone who performed Bohemian Rhapsody in a competition as good as Saara. With Adam Lambert, the couple made the song perfect in Quueen's Production style.
Im very proud that Saara is from Finland, shes Our Girl. Shes perfect as she can be and thats it. Try yourself sing like her... i know i cant.. Shes Diamond to Fin!!!!!
One of the greatest performances I have ever seen. Just put me in a whole other place. As a grown man I was brought to tears with this performance. Not many can do that to me. Bravo Sara:)
Remember winning X factor doesn't always create a winning career. You must admit she was showcased well and fortunately that has paid off well. I'm happy for her. You just can't deny a talent like her.
It wasn't racist, I think you missed the point. She was on her last life, the audience loved her, and Simon Cowell asked her to sing something that Sharon could connect with. So she sang an unknown song, in French...like....NO ONE could connect to that.
Cat Man haha what?!?! Je suis malade sang by Dalida cover by Lara Fabian UNKNOWN??? OMG 😂😂😂 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dVvlmpo5g9k.html
What I love about her is that even though she puts on over the top crazy spectacle performances, she’s not over compensating. Because even without the fancy outfits, lights and choreography she still puts on an amazing performance and shown by her auditions and bottom two sing offs.
Whatever her nationality, that was a beautiful performance…..first time ive managed to understand the words of that song! And she hits those high notes with just gentle firmness…doesn’t scream them. I hope she goes a long way. She’s a super singer and a really lovely human being! 👍🙋♀️💐💕👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Saara, dear Saara...I respect you enough to roll the 'r' for you. Because no matter what language you sing in, I can hear your soul so loudly. I love you!
You just better believe it. Obviously she has classical training. She has outstanding vocal control. I have watched her live performances in Finnish talent shows since she was a teenager, this x factor, and just any random cell phone video from any bar, church whatever, and she hardly ever misses a single note, and has an outstanding power. And not only that, but she can sing any genre also. It's a shame they never got her decent songs (in her career), because that voice belongs to stadiums and big arenas.
You have a stunning voice and to think that English is not your first language ! How privileged l feel to have heard your voice I hope to be able to hear more in time ! Thanks Lee Ruth Hirsh Melbourne Australia 🎶🎼👌🤗
most of the judges in any competition about singing is that they want a singer to perfect the song or to be sound like the original....that is why sometimes discrimination or wrong judgements happen...they should not base on the original song...they should base on their voices..on how will be succesfull if they win..because they have their own originality..
Nicole always composed her self respectedly all the time.....The way she talks, she sits, she stands, she laugh etc, etc. She never behave....un uncontrol of her self....
I love finding out when Eurovision artists have been on shows like X factor or Got Talent. 2018 was a strong year for that - Ryan, Melovin and now her.
The Santi Family and the song was good and vocals too but ofc nobody liked the song and saara fucked up.. that's why i don't want finland to join ESC anymore since we have tried everything but nothings good anymore..
@@kpophottlines7181 you can't possibly be as bad as the UK this year (or Norwa). All tactical voting. At least the UK bloke cheered and dance around by literally not getting any points
Oh come one... this is all a load of crap. I remembered at the moment when the Six Chair Challenge came along even the viewers weren’t too pleased with Saara, because they thought she was annoying. Now people are praising her because they compare her immaculate trajectory of her performances throughout the live shows and anything else but the Six Chair Challenge. I was always a huge fan of hers, but that hate that she got, when she was chosen Wild Card and when she went through to Live Shows was disgusting. And it followed up until the third week of live shows, where people began appreciating her finally.
I love Saara Aalto she is amazing, talented, beautiful, soulful and Im so glad she come to the X Factor UK. She was runner up in the Voice Finland and X Factor, and i hope she wins Dancing On Ice as she is a great skater and dancer too
and 1 last comment... every time that saara alto intro is said.. it reminds me of a pokie machine of some sort... like shes a free spin. good stuff xfactor... good stuff.. way to keep the viewer's.
