2:00 it's not a cinnamon but cassia taj. That looks and taste similarly like cinnamon. But aroma and taste of original cinnamon is high compare to cassia taj. Cassia taj surface is smooth from both outer and inner side. But original cinnamon is smooth surface inside and rough surface from outside.
