The German plane is called a BF-109 G2 and the bombers were called B-17 Sky fortress and the American fighter planes were called the P-40 used by the legendary flying tigers and the silver plane was called the P-51 MUSTANG flown by the Tuskegee Airmen in WW2. My favorite planes are the BF-109 G2 and the P-51 MUSTANG.
You should visit any museum that has B17s, especially ones that let you go inside (Greenwood Air & Space Museum in Oregon) because they are way smaller than you think they'd be.
