Pastor Finley. I am not sure if God wants us sharing time with our families. Doesn’t He mean gathering with our spiritual family? What I am saying is that when we spend time with our families they may not be believers in God and we can’t keep the day Holy when we are with family and they are watching football games, shopping and listening to worldly music and TV shows. Is not to keep the sabbath a holy convocation to gather with holy people and praise God by prayer, singing, breaking bread, reading scripture, studying the Word, witnessing what God has done in our lives the past week and exalting one another?

You quoted Isa66:22, 23 affirming that the Sabbath will never end but unfortunately omitted Isa66:24.. I respectfully disagree to your literal interpretation of these verses. But you didn’t quote the following verse that reads as I quote; (Isa 66:24) And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.” Since you’re adopting a literal interpretation of verse 22 the “new heavens and new earth” to be in the eternal state and in verse 23 “Sabbath” meaning the 7th day of worship, you will also have to likewise to read verse 24 in its literal sense. Note in v24 it stated, “they shall go forth”. Who is that “they”? they must be the Saints in heaven. When they go forth, what will they come across? as you have read these verses in its literal sense, the verse stated they will look upon the dead bodies of men with worm shall not die. Let me ask you, will you be observing the day of Sabbath worshipping God with corpses with worm surrounding you forever in heaven? Thus it would make no sense as it contradicts scripture as anything defiled cannot exist in heaven; I quote; (Rev 21:27) And there shall in no wise enter into it (heaven) any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. Let us see what he had to say about the 10 commandments and what he called them; I quote; #1. (2Co 3:6) Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.” Paul said he and other apostles were made ministers of the new testament and not of the letter (10 commandments) because the letter (10 commandments) killed but the Spirit gave life. #2. In conclusion -Apostle Paul, the Apostle of the Apostles categorized the 10 COMMANDMENTS AS “engraven in stone”; the administration of condemnation, administration of death, administration of fading glory, became obsolete and done away with and likewise the Sabbath observance as it is the fourth law of the 10 commandments engraven in stones has the fading glory. Therefore, Christians in the new testament are not compelled to keep the Sabbath law period as the administration of the spirit is far more superior that the administration of condemnation and death because nobody can keep the law perfectly.

And,other apostate religions by breaking away from theJews--decised on Sunday to be their "sabbath".-Just as God prophesied. Now yesterday I’ve watched a reminder sermon on sabbath and I’m still convince the Holy Spirit telling me not to do anything on sabbath that is not God related I won’t brake my God sabbath Especially I’m surrounded with non believers and I’m setting an example for them but thank you for the video

Bible tells us that we should not find our own pleasure on the sabbath because it is the time that we devote to God. I hope this makes sense. Hi, thanks for asking your question. It is not okay to write a test after going to church. Bible is very clear that we must not do do our own pleasure on the sabbath. Isaiah 58:13,14 - "If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly; 14 then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your Father, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” So according to Bible we must not do our own ways and seek our own pleasure. I would strongly encourage you to trust in God and obey his word. Stay faithful to him and God will bless you.

"If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, From doing thy pleasure on my holy day; And call the sabbath a delight, The holy of the LORD, honourable; And shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, Nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:" Isaiah 58:13 Bible tells us that sabbath is God's day and that it is a day we delight in God and do His pleasure. Bible also tells us that we shouldn't do our own ways, find our own pleasures or speak our own words. God feeds animals on the Sabbath.

God needs neither sleep nor slumber. God is alive and active.

It is permissible to feed animals who rely on humans for their food but there are animals that can feed themselves and those can be avoided.

Feeding them is NOT against the Sabbath.Same as feeding your family. Just have the feed nearby--to not have to weigh it out,-drag it ,etc.

Hi a g, we have a biblical example of what to do when you are alone. We see in Daniel 6 an example of Daniel worshipping the true God alone when the whole world was against Him. He did not compromise his faith and as a result of his faith, he was a testimony to many others. That is an example we can emulate.

Spirit and soul and body. Paul is not giving a study on the nature of man, but is making sure that no part of his convert’s lives is left untouched by God’s sanctifying power. Generally the Bible seems to speak of a twofold division in man, either body and soul, or body and spirit (see on Matt. 10:28; Rom. 8:10; 1 Cor. 5:3; 7:34). In Thessalonians these ideas are combined to emphasize that no part of man is to be excluded from the influence of sanctification. It is possible to see special significance in the divisions that Paul makes. By “spirit” (pneuma, see on Luke 8:55) may be understood the higher principle of intelligence and thought with which man is endowed, and with which God can communicate by His Spirit (see on Rom. 8:16). It is by the renewing of the mind through the action of the Holy Spirit that the individual is transformed into Christ’s likeness (see Rom. 12:1, 2). By “soul” (psuchē see on Matt. 10:28), when distinguished from spirit, may be understood that part of a man’s nature that finds expression through the instincts, emotions, and desires. This part of one’s nature can be sanctified, too. The body becomes a fit instrument through which the active Christian can serve his Master. Sanctification that does not include the body is not complete. Our bodies are God’s temples. We should ever seek to keep them holy and glorify God in them (1 Cor. 6:19, 20).

His sermon goes all thru those verses BUT also read Acts 13:27 it exclaims 👉👉”which are read every sabbath “ this is a present continuous tense and Acts 13:42-44 👉tells you that he was informed to meet all of them (Jews and gentiles ) the next sabbath (Saturday) , even gentiles that’s you and me for we were gentiles . Notice the the present continuous tense again in Acts 15 :21 for this as found in Acts was after Jesus died and rose and went to HEAVEN, yet they kept the sabbath the same Saturday Jesus kept and Paul says ( follow him as he follows Jesus 👉 1 Corinthians 11:1 but Jesus kept it in Mark 6:2 and Luke 4:16 and he says using KJV 👉👉John 14:15 ,21 , John 15:10 And James 2:10,11 makes it worse . ♈️BUT TO PAUL ♈️👉👉plz read Acts 16:13-16 still in this chapter Paul who you were quoting still kept the sabbath But of you doubt I may understand you.BUT WAIT! These next verses should remove the doubt if you sincerely love JESUS and what he decided to be put as truth in the BIBLE 👉👉here are the verses Acts 17: 2 this is the same day his master Jesus worshipped on (Mark 6:2 and Luke 4:16) who shed his blood for Paul and for us . Again Paul adds one of his Acts as a disciple in ACTS 18:1,4( and so the book of the Corinthians ) so even in Corinth Paul still kept Saturday Sabbath because he wanted to be like Jesus in everything he did= 1John 2:6 “ ought himself also to walk, even as he walked “ and Revelation 14:4 “FOLLOW the LAMB WITHERSOEVER HE GOETH” so follow your saviour if you love him and if you want to know which day the sabbath is plz read Luke 23:52 -56 and continue to read Luke 24:1,2 and 6 and boooooooom you will be enlightened by the Holy Spirit who will faithfully lead you into all truth and that the sabbath is the 7th (Exodus 20:8-11) and not the 1st day of the week , no not Sunday but Saturday is the seventh Day and the SABBATH OF THE LORD JESUS (MARK 2:27,28 Also Revelation 1:10) I know this is mouthful or a lot of info but needful because I was moved by the Holy Spirit to write .

Rev 12:17. None of the commandments have been done away with. You are wrong and I pray you are enlightened. Isaiah 66 22-23 says we will be keeping the sabbath even after the new heaven and earth. The sabbath is God's mark who is his people. All that don't keep the sabbath, the 7th day will be thrown into the lake of fire. It is a perpetual covenant forever. Exodus 31 15-16
