Crispy Sabudana Roti is an energy source & improves digestion. It is Gluten-free.

* List of ingredients:
1. Medium sabudana (sago) - 1 large cup
2. Cooked rice - 1 cup
3. Cut green chillies - 4
4. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 cup
5. Grated coconut - 1 small cup
7. Cut onion - 1 cup
8. Salt - 2 teaspoons
* Method of preparation:
1. Wash and soak 1 large cup of sabudana for 4-5 hours.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup cut onion, 1 cup cooked rice (leftover rice can also be used), 1 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1 small cup grated coconut, 4 cut green chillies.
3. Then add the soaked sabudana, 2 teaspoons salt (can vary as per taste) and mix well.
4. Pour a little lukewarm water as needed, to make a thick dough.
5. Heat tawa on medium flame and once it becomes hot, take a ball of dough and pat on the tawa, while dipping your fingers in water as you flatten to make a round rotti.
6. Apply oil, cover with a lid and cook on medium flame.
7. Flip, apply oil and continue cooking until both the sides are evenly cooked.
8. Enjoy crispy rotti with chutney.
