An in-depth look at the Sachtler 607 sound bag for the MixPre 6, MixPre 3 and similar small recorder/mixers. This video shows the features and construction of this bag if you are looking for a fully specified sound bag for a small mixer recorder. which will also provide space for mics transmitters and batteries in a small package. I chose this bag after looking at others, on the basis of features, quality and price.
It is a high quality, well specified, reinforced, customisable bag with two main compartments, front and back pockets, detachable transmitter pouches, rain sleeves and a boom pole loop. The pockets unzip and fold down from the bag sides to give full access to the main interior compartment. Supplied with a padded shoulder strap.
It is slightly more expensive than the small basic Orca bag and considerably less expensive than the K-Tek Stingray for the MixPre series, whilst being fully featured.
This is my personal review of this bag, which I purchased for my own use. It is not sponsored or vetted by the manufacturer or supplier. Purchased from www.pinknoise-systems.co.uk
