Usually, when it's a protracted high-stakes battle, I find an anime can get exhausting. This one, though, has enough great character moments that it can somehow keep me engaged and not worn out, while also keeping the tension at maximum.
Very interesting! I know exactly what you’re saying. I feel like every long lasting series can have moments where it feels a bit tired at times but this series has me in a choke hold! 😂😂 They could continue this battle for months, as long as my boy Shigaraki is alive and causing chaos, I’m hooked! Blind loyalty!😂 What are some of the series you’ve watch that have suffered the fate of dragging this out for far too long? Do they ever make you just quit watching or reading altogether? The one that got me kinda looking for bigger and better things was DBS! It just didn’t have the urgency I was needing! I just think it was just a little to kid ish for me.😂Cool new forms but just fell a little flat for me.
@@DarkAnimeCorner Dragon Ball Super is a great example. They basically recognized that the most popular parts of DBZ were the Cell Games and new transformations, so they made a series that is 100% Cell Games and new transformations. The worst recent example I can think of was an anime called Ragna Crimson. Endless mega-battles with lots of casualties and the protagonists barely hanging on.
