Pretty sure I meet that bearded guy with longer shaggy hairstyle at 1 minute mark in video back on easter Sunday up top of beauty spot in erwin,tn. He was setting up his tent along the access road about a mile or 2 just south of The bald. Think he was from one of the New England states.
