I got that same seat. But the back hole wasn’t the same as the front one for the bolt. It’s actually smaller in size and the rear seat mount but doesn’t fit. Was that the same for yours?
Technically speaking it should be the same thread pitch as the solo seat. Mine Unfortunately was not either, if you buy a new seat bolt for your bike via ebay,Amazon, revzilla or even your local motorcycle shop. It should come with a new insert for your new bolt. Very simple install. Small clip that holds it in, slide it out and your old bolt insert pops right out and just same thing backwards for install, hope this helps., thanks for watching
I bought 1200 iron with saddlemen 2 up, this thing is around $400, definitely NOT worth it, way too narrow, every bump feels like the frame being shoved up your butt For next years riding I'll be getting something else.......................I have had saddlemen seats that were really good seats, but not this one, and not the one for XR1200.....of course making a good seat for XR, is it possible?
The xr model, i believe, has a much more aggressive riding position closer to a sport bike. I know saddlemen makes a solo version for this. Also, after the first 500-1000 miles, the 2 up becomes much more comfortable. Maybe try a lepera kickflip, same structure and style just with more cushion. Hope this helps!
duude fuckin finally found someone who didn't get black. I'm like $500 for a seat and you choose black c'mon. I've got a forty eight bobber with white walls and apes so this video reinforced my decision to get dark brown. How long was the wait?
