Sadhana in Gita Session 01 of 10 

Sadhana in Gita, a 5 day residential camp, gave direction to all participants in their spiritual journey.
Acharya Priya Arunachalam, (Chinmaya Mission, Thamaraipakkam) gave insights into various Sadhanas and guided each camper in their personal Sadhana. Also its connection with Karma Yoga and Jnana Yoga was taught. Various myths related to Spiritual Sadhana were demystified.
