What ignorance and woeful deceit demonstrated by the Madras High Court and its so-called judges. All you need to do is go to the Ashram and see the number of couples that come to get married there. The Isha Foundation is definitely not against marriage. To use Sadhguru’s daughter’s marriage as an excuse to cast aspersions on the great work that Sadhguru and the foundation are doing in the world is truly pathetic. Moreover this is clearly an attempt to attack Sadhguru because he dared to say that control of the Hindu temples must be given to the devotees, something that opponents of the Dharmic faith will fiercely reject. As for this so-called educated father, who is still in the dark ages in believing he has absolute control over his daughters ( who are educated and mature adults), , this is just a sad attempt by him to blame someone else for his failures, and he is clearly using his political connections to get his way. As a daughter, I cannot even begin to imagine the heartbreak his daughter’s must feel, by the disrespect he is showing to them and their choices. I cannot comprehend how destroying their world would make his any better. Lastly one hopes that the judiciary in Tamil Nadu have better things to do than fight personal family battles while trying to destroy organizations like ISHA who have only brought joy, bliss and happiness to so many people around the world🙏🏽

The guy who made this case doesn:t have an idea what isha is or how difficult it is to become a monk there. You need a different level of competence capability and enormous discipline to be there. Isha is the most beautiful and happy places on earth which doesn't force anyone to do anything. I myself am a volunteer and it's been 8 years since I got to know of isha. I've done several programs and no one has forced me to volunteer or be there in isha as brahmachari. If one forces someone it's not spiritual organisation. Everyone who come there have come willingly our of thier own choice. This is 100 percent truth. Even if one tries hard, one cannot be accepted as a monk there. Moreover every individual has the right to choose their path. I can see man has a sick mentality to claim such false allegations against Sadhguru. Sadhguru has done innumerable service to the world through meditation programs, rural rejuvenation, save soil, youth and truth, rally for rivers, cauvery calling and conducting programs for prisoners. I think the guy needs to educate himself a little about spiritual path. Sadhguru himself was giving talks when his own father was about to die. He was doing what he was committed to for the society. This is real Spirituality.

Many statements are not convincing. For example, while the girls clearly said that they are staying at the Foundation according to their own will, it is accused that why Sadguru married off his daughter while other girls are staying at the Foundation. Very strange. Is it a rule that if one has to teach dharma to anyone, first he has to teach it his family members? Is it followed in any other religion? Our constitution gives right to each individual to follow whichever path he likes. As such, every family member has his own right. So, it is absolutely wrong to say that one's daughter cannot be married off if he wants to teach dharma to others. Second, is there a rule saying that if one has high educational background, he/she cannot follow the path of spirituality? Many examples are available of highly learned people following spiritual path. Again, it is one's right granted by our constitution. Thirdly, it is said that daughters neglecting parents contradicts the spiritual path that they follow. In my view this is irrelevant since quite a number of people take to spiritual path seeking peace which they could not find in their family. Overall, therefore, I do not see any valid points against the Foundation which are worth probing. The cases against the Foundation might have been put with different intentions.

No law has been broken, on what basis did the court order this search? The daughters declared they did what they did out of their own free will. Whatever be the courts opinions, people have the right to live their life as long no laws are broken. It's strictly an internal matter of the family. Any grievances must be between the parents and the children. At the most a counsellor can be appointed to mitigate the issue.

I have stayed at isha foundation for four years as a volunteer. People who take 'Sanyas' are deeply revered and respected. It's an honor, not everyone can become. Sanyasis are the people who are mostly running the foundation. These Sanyasis are nicest people. It's independent personal choice. There are many married volunteers staying in the premises. No one forces anyone. Isha yoga centre is one of the most beautiful place in the world with wonderful people staying there.
