People these days swear sex has no effect on your spiritual body. I don’t see how it doesn’t because you are always spirit. People swear energy transfers aren’t real, like how?! Lol if we talk into the phone or shake hands that’s an energy transfer. They say it doesn’t effect them because they don’t have an emotional connection with everyone that are intimate with, but why? Why do you want to do something you don’t care about? Why do you want to be numb? Feeling is all there is. I am a 45 year old woman. There have been several times in different stages of my life that I wanted to explore celibacy because deep down I knew that having sex was contaminating me in some way. In my younger years I started battling depression and now when I think about it I notice that it started when I became overly active. I think that women are more at risk of the sadness because when we have sex we are literally letting someone INSIDE OF OUR BODY. Think about that. INSIDE my sacral chakra space. So at 45 I'm ready to free myself from the burden yes BURDEN of casual sex and take my stand and be great.

Yep. It is going to be easier for women as they hit menopause and peri-menopause because the hormones have stopped raging and finally they can think with a clearer head about things. Not only casual sex , but also with whom one hangs out, can have a serious problem to oneself, cuz there is also a certain intimacy between two people. But this may be also an experience, its not only about the things we should avoid of, cuz there is someone saying this or that. In pass 2 years i had sex once. Is been a year. I have forgotten what sex is like. What it feels like. I havent even kiss a guy in 1 year. I forgotten what an orgasm with another pwrson feels like. I even feel so shy to kiss. I tell u when i sleep with a person again even a kiss will be so important and significant and especial. People with multiple partners ( many of them who have commented negatively abt the video) may be currently in an ecstasic phase of life or on the upslope of success...But they r forgetting the fact that not only they r making newer karmic imprints...but they r also destroying some1 elses life or playing with their minds......this they will realise when the success part or happier phase ends..... You need to remember that a truly devoted and committed married life like in Indian society gives one an ultimate sense of inner joy that cant be described....ofcourse you should know how to dive deep inside your own HEART.

Too many partners causes 'energy clutter', if that person don't know how to manage it well. Just like how overwhelming social media can be to some. And practicing abstinence from physical initmacy for some time will make the body finds its own energy again. Please remember that every human being has the capacity to heal and purify him or herself. There is no such thing as permanent damage. Nothing is permanent in this creation anyways and every human is a part of god. Pure and beautiful.

Multiple partners seems to cause a certain Thickness in the energy. So you laugh and are happy but not as deeply. There's something missing. Can this be reversed? Or have we missed out for this life?

Something is missing. Your self respect and inner innocence is gone. You can have innocence and not be a virgin...but sleeping around is almost sociopathic. No disregard for the other. Your interest in pleasuring them Is what brings pleasure to yourself. Think about how selfish it really is. It’s much more mentally damaging for women too btw.

I am also wondering how long it will take for the energies from those partners to leave the body? Thankfully I don't sleep around with just anyone I find attractive anymore. I don't even think sexually about others anymore. Only if I am in a relationship with someone whom I love dearly and deeply. I was so lost back then and so immature. Very proud of myself for this wonderful change. Also, what does all of that unnecessary energy do to the body and mind anyway?

Its longer than that especially if you dont do healing work residual pain remains. Ive uncovered stuff from a few relationships back that made me cry and breakdown this stuff lingers and takes active continuous effort to remove
