Sadie Sink's performance in Stranger Things Season 4 was just immaculate. I still hope they have something for her in Season 5. Season 4 is the best season so far too. A lot of great performances from brilliant actors and actresses! Best Netflix Show in my opinion!

Writers of the show just revealed that the phrase “Erica... help!” was actually improvised by Caleb. What an outstanding performance!

Sadie and Caleb's performance was outstanding. I bawled my eyes out when Lucas said "Erica....hellpp"

The book Lucas reads at the end, to Max is called the Talisman, by Steven King. It's about a 12 year old boy going on a long journey through a parallel world called the Territories, to find an item able to save his dying mother. Max is likely going to a long trip before coming back and may actually find something useful to the fight before she does. I guess we will see.

I hope we don't lose max in season 5, I really enjoy how Sadie Sink plays max and her character

the way i was sobbing when she couldn't see and was scared, and the way Lucas was shaking broke me, Max is the star of this season and I hope we see her in the next one

I really hope that Sadie gets recognized during award season for her performance this season, season 4 was Max's season 100%, Sadie killed it, I don't think there's gonna be a better time to shower her with awards, honestly

Sadie is shaping up to be one of the best up and coming actresses of this age. Its crazy how good she is. The entire cast of Stranger Things have a great future ahead of them.

It’s so heartbreaking to think the moment when Max wanted to live and she was sure of it she dies for a minute and her bones are broken she can’t feel or see anything the only thing she knows is Lucas’s painful voice. That whole scene was shredding me to pieces these actors/actresses deserve so much applause for their acting it was very emotional I hope in season 5 they don’t just toss her character aside and I really hope she wakes up but not like the very end I heard there will be a time jump my biggest fear is that during the time jump similar to the one in Avengers infinity war- End game, they will have max in her coma all these years only for her to Miraculously wake up at the very end :(

Sadie’s and Caleb’s performance this season is just phenomenal. I was bawling my eyes out watching this season.

I loved Sadie this season. I know that Eleven is the main protagonist and the superhero in the show, but I really think Sadie deserves more credit. She was so brave. She's a hero for making herself the bait for vecna, giving Nancy, Steven and Robin enough time to defeat Vecna in the upside down. She knew she was risking her life but she didn't even hesitate to act as a worm on a hook for Vecna. Her bravery is admirable and relates to everyone because we all wish we could be that brave deep down in our hearts. She looked at death straight in the eye and didn't flinch. I love Max. My heart broke into a million pieces when She said "I can't see" I'm afraid to die." She didn't deserve such a gruesome death, but I know she'll come back stronger in season 5.

From near death, to life, to death, to life again, Max’s journey has been a rollercoaster, but I’m so glad it’s not over yet. Hopefully she survives in S5. 🤞

I have never felt so connected to a character before. I have been through anxiety and depression and grief in high school. I understand a lot of the emotions and closed wall feelings she has. I’m so sad about what happened 😭😭😭😭

Sadie if you are reading this I want you to know that I hope you get to do something fantastic in season 5, because you were awesome in season four even if Max had the worst kind of luck. You made Max my favorite character over the course of these seasons and I think, like Will after season two, Max deserves a break, and not only that, but I personally think she deserves the opportunity to exact a little bit of vengeance. I'm always rooting for you, and Max.

I had goosebumps all over me throughout episode 9. With every minute someone was close to dying and that sent a chill down my spine 😭 I had a bad feeling when Lucas asked her for date coz my movie nerd senses were telling me that they never gonna have that date. I had never been so emotional for a show but when max says she can't feel or see anything I just started sobbing so bad 😭 I had to pause that scene and cry for an hour before resuming it 😭😭 then I started crying again after seeing Lucas's face 😭😭😭😭 THEY NEED TO HAVE THEIR DATE PLEASE 😭💔

Every single main character of this season deserve some kind of award. Even Eddie's uncle deserve one.

Stranger Theory: Eleven didn’t see Max in the mind space because Vecna “consumes” his kills and their memories etc. and technically she did die for a minute. So she might just be captive until he’s defeated/killed.

Sadie Sink deserves an Emmy award she literally brought her character Maxine to life it felt so real

I'm glad she survived. Her being in a coma means that we finally get to see what she wrote on those letters for her friends.

Sadie Sink's performance as Max is so beautiful. I love how expresses Max's happiness, sadness, anger, fear, grief, etc. Max is such a relatable character and her journey is so similar to many people's real journeys. She and her journey has really helped a lot of people.

Sadie's performance saying, "I don't wanna die" was eerily reminiscent of Spider-Man's death scene in 'Infinity War.'

I literally CRIED when she said she could see or feel anything and that broke my heart also Lucas crying telling her everything was going to be ok WHICH I HOPE there was so much pain between both even if she could hot feel it IF MAX DOESNT COM BACK IN SEASON 5 IM GOING TO THE DUFFER BROTHERS HOUSE AND WILL THREATENING THEM TO PUT MAX IN SEASON 5 (Only if she is not in season 5)

Sadie Sink is a rockstar! Her performances this season were incredible! And they Max vs Vecna scene in Season 4 was on another level in so many ways. From her emotional letter to Billy, to get dragged into Vecna's lair, to her friends fighting to get her back, to her memories of all these people she loves, to Kate Bush playing in the background, to that dramatic run to safety and even that pause before she escapes... perfect! The Duffer Brothers put on a masterclass of scene execution and storytelling throughout the entire season. I just hope Max recovers from everything next season. Either way, I can't wait to see what happens next!

Max's storyline this season resonates with so many people going through depression/grief (though there aren't visible monsters) and the battle with darkness. Her relentless fight against those dark negative thoughts, remembering all the wonderful things she has is such an inspiration to keep going, to still fight even if it feels too much and know that there are people who is also fighting with you

Dude... the duffer brothers really did us dirty this season. I cried my eyes out In volume 1 watching max nearly die, and In volume two she basically HALF dies.. then goes into a coma with a Brocken arm and leg and blind.. watching that made me nearly have a heart attack.. I’m sorry but.. I’m going to have to pray she is ok in season 5.. 🤯

God. Sadie did PHENOMENAL this season. Literally sobbed when Max said she couldn’t see or feel anything. I felt so horrible, like my heart was being torn from the inside. Ugh and Lucas’s scream- 😭

My assumption here is Max might wake up remembering nothing. It is said on the final two episodes that Vecna takes memories from his victims that makes him more powerful. One more reason is that Max died but El 'only' made her heart beat again, and that's why she's in a coma because she longer has no consciousness.

Max has grown to be my favorite character. I really hope she has a big role in season 5!!

Even though max is alive, if and when she wakes from her coma she’s probably gonna be blind. She also might not be able to walk because the way her bones snapped it would have damaged her nerves and so I’m really scared for what the future holds for her

Her acting was sheer perfection, you felt every single emotion she felt. And yes I cried when she “died”. She’ll be back in season 5 all fixed up no doubt as vecna still has unfinished business with her! I can’t imagine stranger things without her now.

After Mike told El that she can do anything and even fly, I knew she was going to do something to revive Max. The last episode was long, but so well done you don't even notice.

I love when actors understand their characters on a deep level. That connection is everything.

What a brilliantly written and acted character. A fully fledged and meaningful character arc and an esoteric and moving performance that we hadn't seen in a popular show in sooo long. So many kudos (and awards) are due 👏 - not to snub direction and music supervision which amazingly completed this arc and all of season 4

Sadie's performance of Max is phenomenal. She made us feel that Max was important to us, that we should care for her, and feel the journey she is travelling. I have a suspicion that in S5, whilst most of her wounds will heal, she will be blind. It'll be interesting to see how Sadie plays this. I am sure it will be just as outstanding as the rest of her portrayal of Max.

when Banner said Henry consumes, I feel like he already consumed Max's memories and soul. When El tried to go inside Max's mind, she saw nothing but bleak and blank. Maxine's death would have been a big twist in the last episode but I think her "supposed" death will lead us into a big plot in season 5
