I have worn the 3a+ vest for over 2 years 12 hours a day 5 days a week I have gone through three carriers and I love this vest It has become like a second skin to me and whenever I do not have it on I feel naked i was saving to get the fras but life happens lol and my daughter is here lol but absolutely recommend this vest to every security officer that I train for my company
@Salvadormtz619 it's about 18 pounds or so I recommend that you get the 3a+ and not just the 3a it protects against even 5.7 and armor piercing 12 gauge rounds
It's more concealable than tacticool dudes with plate carriers and has more protection area, combine it with the fact that there is an option for a flipping level 4 flexible armor that still retains the area coverage while beeing rifle rated and i can't see how you can go wrong with safelife
I just received my level 111a+ ....Im wearing it right now as I listen you and yes you are right Hoodie are very hard to detect...im in the security armed business
In the winter with a jacket it's fine. In the summer you need slightly less fitting shirts than this guy is wearing. The top edge does show a little. But with a little trial and error you can conceal it well. Most people are so clueless that they wouldn't even notice.
I sent mine back and got a refund, I wasn’t happy with my level 3a concealable vest from Safe Life Defense. But they are an excellent company with good customer service. I ordered a concealable body armor vest from Safariland.
Hello i just Received mine - and i am in the process of returning yea its affordable but its not the most comfortable i will be ordering from safariland again - my ZeroG now the M2 covert was way more comfortable and More concealable

id recommend a diet, no armor is going to fit you well like that. and if ya dont want to lose weight then go with a lvl 2 armor thats basically a shirt
I payed almost 700 🦌 for my order with safe life defense. Keep in mind they charged my card as soon as I processed the order, It’s been 3 months now and still no vest.
Safelife needs to strike first and strike hard.. This 6 week back order is like dealing with that weakling Daniel LaRusso. God forbid when you finally get the vest and it's the wrong size, it's another 6 weeks!!!! That's as bad as an illegal kick to the face. *Cobrai Kai*

I have both concealed and tactical vest both a freakin GREAT best investment ever, the only small issue is the order on the concealed vest. After 2 or 3 days of wearing it Dammmmmmmm body oder is kinda strong. Any recommendations on a how to eliminate Oder. I have washed it by hand, air dry, sun dry, slow dry. LOL any hints could help.
Yeah,as much as I love and buy and wear every day at work, I was very disappointed at this "concellable "vest. Because it's not. Unless it's winter where it snows. I wish you would be true instead of a sales person
Yea it will but being a bigger guy it will show out company switched to these and it not big guy friendly shows wearing a uniform also makes it look like your wearing a barrel typical made for skinny people sized bigger for big people never works Honestly no one wears them anymore just uncomfortable
