@@cs6529 hey brotha! Sorry for the delay. My notifications were turned off 😢. What company sold you a used helmet? Is it possible it was a floor model somewhere or did it show field use? I’ve had my hands on a total of 3 Vicis Zero2 helmet. Two sourced from eBay and one I sourced from OfferUp. I think online retailers are just grabbing cash and placing it on back order from Vicis. Your best bet is to look daily online. Whatever it is that I want I know I can find it online. It may take one day or 3 months of searching but I will eventually find it. I will be selling this silver Vicis Zero2 trench seen in this video soon. My son did use it this season and it’s a size large and has two face masks and an Oakley Visor. Let me know if your interested

@@cs6529 I’m a fan of the F7. It’s definitely more cost effective but my oldest son complained initially that the field view is too small and he sees more facemask bar than field. Plus, they rank in the middle of the pack helmet wise for safety. They are definitely one of the meanest looking helmets out there right now

I think the Speedflex helmet is a the best in that price range.

For youth level Vicis zero 2 is ranked number 1 in Virginia tech helmet testing. The Riddell speedflex is ranked number 20.

I am a fan of the F7... I place it maybe 4th on my list. Mainly due to fit. Just like shoe brands vary in size so do helmets. The fit of the Schutt helmet didn't sit right on my sons head

Correct. The Trench Lineman bumoer stays on the helmet. And as Mr. Albert already highlighted underneath it's just a Zero2, after a full season using the Trench my son who starts at right tackle and defensive end he said the extra bumper really helped reduce the shock of banging heads every play on the line.

Yes it does. The trench is basically a Vicis zero 2 helmet with an added bumper on the front

The Vicis helmet comes in number 1 in youth, varsity and NFL testing for 2024.

Thats definetly not safe. Maybe you can try and start a new program to help make that happen? Maybe email Riddell, Schutt or another helmet company to help.

All football helmets are good for 10 years from in season date with yearly certification. With that being said. I have never seen anyone check the recertification sticker on helmets in any level of youth football.
