After the accident I was convinced I’d never walk again, thirty years removed and I stand on two feet for the first time since. The damage, irreparable and inconceivable at the time, done to my body served only as a reminder that even in the face of adversity God still mocks his creation by looking past their pleas and wails. This stage was destroyed during that accident. Mr. Bob, Billy if you knew him really well, was taken from us during that accident. I must’ve been mistaken in believing that he was comparable to God, for only the Devil Himself is capable of emerging unscathed and lively from the ashes while still being able to perform for us here today. The Devil doesn’t reside in the depths below, no, he sings for us on this stage. Billy, you bastard, why didn’t you save me?
